Keegan Murray         

Keegan Murray attended Prairie High School and lived in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In 2021, he was named to the All-Big Ten Freshman Team. After the 2022 season, he jumped his scoring average from 7 points a game to 24 points a game, one of the largest improvements in the Big Ten in the past 15 years. His 23.5 points per game average was tops among players from a major conference. He was named Consensus first-team All-American and Karl Malone Power Forward of the Year honoree. He also was named the Big Ten Tournament Most Outstanding Player and All-Tournament Team.

He declared for the draft early, and was selected as the 4th overall pick in the 1st round of the 2022 NBA Draft by the Sacramento Kings. It was the highest draft pick of any Iowa Hawkeye.
