Joe Williams attended Rahway High School and lived in Rahway, New Jersey.

COLLEGE: In 1960, he scored a touchdown against Michigan State on a 67-yard fumble return. He scored 13 touchdowns, and rushed for 690 yards (5.1 yard average), and caught 11 passed for 153 yards (13.9 yard average).

PROFESSIONAL: He played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Ottawa Rough Riders and Toronto Argonauts of the CFL. He won the Grey Cup with Winnipeg in 1962. He ran for 785 yards in his career on 184 attempts, scoring 4 rushing touchdowns, and caught 29 passes for 332 yards and 2 receiving touchdowns.

Born 3/16/1941 and died on 1/30/2015 at the age of 73.
