Jameer Outsey        

Jameer Outsey attended Township High School and lived in Franklin, New Jersey. He was a three-year letterman in football and played multiple positions. He was named first team all-area as outside linebacker as a junior and senior. He recorded 51 tackles as a senior, with 13 tackles for loss, five sacks and an interception return for a touchdown. He finished with 13 receptions for 193 yards and three touchdowns on offense, and collected 44 tackles as a junior, with nine TFL and five sacks, to go with 223 yards on 15 receptions. He was named a team captain as a senior.

At Iowa, he redshirted in 2014, then changed positions from linebacker to tight end for the 2015 season. He played in eight games, with one reception for 10 yards against Illinois State. After the 2015 season, he transferred to Mesa (AZ) Community College, and later signed with UNLV for the 2017 and 2018 season.

Born 9/9/1996 and died on 8/12/2023 at the age of 26.
