RECAP

The Hawks jumped out to a 17-9 lead, but LSU went on a 10-0 run. Iowa came back to chip away at the deficit, and tied the game at half 45-45. Then Caitlin Clark took over and extended Iowa's lead in the 2nd half to double digits. She ended with 41 points, 7 rebounds and 12 assists. Kate Martin added 21 points, and Sydney Affolter added 16 points. The Hawks were completely outrebounded in the game, losing 55-37 on the glass, and gave up 23 offensive rebounds. The defense held LSU to 38.6% shooting from the floor and 33% from 3-point range. It is the 2nd straight year that the Hawks will advance to the Final Four.
