Rollie Williams  

He served two stints as the head basketball coach at the University of Iowa, from 1929 to 1942 and again for the 1950–51 season. His teams were 147-139, and had two teams that contended for the conference title, but never won a championship. He was associated with Iowa since 1924 when he joined as an assistant football and basketball coach.

Born 10/11/1897 and died on 4/5/1968 at the age of 70.
