RECAP

Despite the Spartans' excellent shooting, Iowa was able to stay close during the game, and overcome recent shooting woes by going 17 for 36 from 3-point range. However, the Hawks were down 13 points with 1:30 left, but somehow scored 23 points to put the game into overtime. In OT, Iowa took over and MSU finally started missing shots.

The Hawks were led by 26 points from Kris Murray, 24 points from Tony Perkins and 22 points from Payton Sandfort.
