RECAP

The Hawks started strong, with a touchdown pass from Brendan Sullivan to Terrell Washington Jr.

The Tigers tied the game 7-7, but Kaleb Wetjen returned the ensuing kickoff 100 yards for a TD. Kamari Moulton rushed for a TD in the second quarter, and Iowa led 21-14 at halftime.

Missouri's late game field goal kicking was the deciding factor in the game, with a 51-yard FG to tie the game, and a 56-yard FG to win the game late in the 4th quarter. They also added a rushing TD in the third quarter. Iowa only scored 3 points in the 2nd half.

Iowa rushed for 166 yards without All-American back Kaleb Johnson. Moulton finished with 96 yards rushing on just 14 carries, and Jaziun Patterson added 74 yards. Nick Jackson led the Hawkeyes with 8 solo tackles, and Deontae Craig had 2 sacks, and 4 tackles for loss.
