Erik Jensen         

Erik Jensen attended East High School and lived in Appleton, Wisconsin. He was a second-team All-State linebacker as a junior and senior, and was a unanimous First-team All-conference selection as both fullback and linebacker in final two prep seasons. He was honorable mention All-conference on both offense and defense as a sophomore.

After redshirting in 1999, he played all four seasons at tight end. In 2003, he was Academic All-Big Ten (2nd year in a row) after catching 16 passes for 182 yards for an 11.4 average and one touchdown. Overall, he had 24 catches for 282 yards (11.8 yards per catch) and 3 touchdowns.

He was drafted by the St. Louis Rams in the seventh round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played four seasons in the NFL, including as a member of the San Francisco 49ers, Pittsburgh Steelers, Dallas Cowboys and Cincinnati Bengals.
