Tom Hand       

Tom Hand attended Emmetsburg High School and lived in Emmetsburg, Iowa. He lettered at Iowa in football after the 1942 season. He played in the 1943 College All-Star game against the Washington Redskins prior to enlisting in the Marines. He served for 22 months during World War II, and he did not compete athletically during 1943 and 1944. He returned to Iowa to letter for the 1945 season.

He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in 1946 in the 13th round.

Born 8/25/1921 and died on 3/27/2002 at the age of 80.
