Kennon Christian         

HIGH SCHOOL: Kennon Christian attended North High School and lived in or near Davenport, Iowa. He was named second team all-state as a wide receiver and first team all-conference as a senior. He was a third team all-conference linebacker as a junior and honorable mention as a sophomore. He earned three letters in football and also lettered three times in track and field as a hurdler and twice in basketball. He holds the school record for longest interception return for a touchdown. His career rushing totals include 131 attempts for 670 yards and five touchdowns, and had 48 receptions for 794 yards and seven TDs. On defense, he totaled 163 tackles, with two interceptions. As a senior, he had 33 receptions for 563 yards, with four touchdown receptions and also had 54 receiving yards and 24 tackles. He joined Iowa as a walk-on.
