HIGH SCHOOL: Keith Chappelle attended Inglewood High School and lived in or near Inglewood, California. He was named the conference MVP and first team all-state. He lettered in both track and football.

COLLEGE: He began his college career at Cal Poly-Pomona with future Iowa QB Gordy Bohannon. He was a team co-MVPs with Bohannon during his freshmen season, He transferred to Glendale Junior College, where he was named junior college All-American in 1978 after catching 70 passes for 1,178 yards and 15 TDs. He joined the Hawks in the spring of 1979, and entered the 1979 season as the starting split end.

Born 3/29/1960 and is 66 years old.
