HIGH SCHOOL: Alvaro Folgueiras attended DME Academy High School and lived in or near Daytona Beach, Florida. He was originally from Malaga, Spain and played for Unicaja Baloncesto before spending one season in Florida. He averaged 8.6 points and 7.6 rebounds, and saw action for U18 Next Generation Select Team in the Adidas Next Generation Tournament. He committed to Robert Morris.
