Cade Borud        

HIGH SCHOOL: Cade Borud attended Southeast Polk High School and lived in or near Pleasant Hill, Iowa. He played three seasons for Southeast Polk High School as a tackle and center along the offensive line, and helped his school capture a state title as a senior. He was a three-time all-state first team selection. and was selected to the all-state elite team as a senior. He ranked as the top center in the state of Iowa. He signed with North Dakota.

COLLEGE: After redshirting the 2022 season, he started 12 games at center in 2023. He was named a Phil Steele FCS Second Team Freshman All-American, and was named to the MVFC All-Newcomer Team.

He transferred to Iowa in April 2024, and will have three seasons of college eligibility remaining.
