HIGH SCHOOL: Jennie Lillis attended Dowling High School and lived in or near West Des Moines, Iowa. She was named the 2000 CIML Player of the Year and named the 2000 Iowa State Tournament MVP and 4A All-Tournament Team Captain, as well as an All-CIML first team American Conference selection 1998-2000 and an All-CIML first-team Elite in 1999 and 2000. She was voted her team’s MVP in 1999 and named to the Des Moines Register and IBCA All-State first team her junior and senior years. She was named to the USA Today Honorable Mention All-American in 1999 and named to the Des Moines Register All-State third team and IBCA second team in 1998, She was selected to the 1999 Iowa State 4A All-Tournament Team, leading her team to the 1998 and 2000 Iowa State Championship. She had a combined 100-5 record for her four years in high school, and held five school records (career and season scoring, career and season rebounding and career blocked shots). She competed on the Iowa Maroons AAU Team... Iowa AAU MVP 1996, 1998, 1999 and 2000 and was selected to the AAU all-Tournament Teams all four years and her AAU team were state champions from 1996-2000. She also lettered in cross country and was a member of the National Honor Society.

COLLEGE: She averaged 16.0 points and 6.2 rebounds and was a second-team all-Big Ten selection. She also earned second-team All-Big Ten honors in 2002 and first-team honors in 2003, in addition to being a honorable mention All-American. She won the Big Ten's Medal of Honor for academic and athletic excellence in 2004. She was an academic All-Big Ten honoree from 2002 to 2004.

She grabbed 930 rebounds and scored 1762 points in her Iowa career.

OTHER: She was named head coach at Oklahoma on April 10, 2021, after nine years at Drake.
