Miles Taylor         

Miles Taylor attended Gonzaga College High School in Silver Spring, Maryland. He was a three-year football starter and letterman, and was the first player at his school to be two-time defensive MVP (junior and senior). He led the team in tackles as a junior and senior, helping his team advance to state championship game as a junior. He was named team captain as a senior.

At Iowa, he was one of three true freshmen to compete for the Hawkeyes in 2014. He was a 14-game starter at strong safety as a sophomore in 2015. In all, he competed in 50 games, and he totaled 169 tackles with 3.5 for loss, had one interception and a fumble recovery.

He was a three-time recipient of the Team hustle Award at Iowa, and earned the Big Ten Conference Sportsmanship Award as a senior in 2017.

He spent two seasons as a graduate assistant at Iowa in 2018 and 2019.
