HIGH SCHOOL: Matt Tobin attended Dyersville Beckman High School and lived in or near Worthington, Iowa. He was selected to the second-team all-state his senior season, and was named first-team all-District and all-Area. He was also named captain of all-Area squad. He played both offensive and defensive line, serving as team captain and also earned two letters in baseball and track and field.

COLLEGE: He started his final 22 games during the 2011-2012 seasons.

PROFESSIONAL: He was an undrafted free agent, and signed with the Philadelphia Eagles in April 2013, and played 4 seasons with the Eagles before signing with the Seahawks, Patriots and 49ers. He started 21 games and played in 57 games over 5 seasons.
