Mike Meyer           

Mike Meyer attended Wahlert Catholic High School and lived in Dubuque, Iowa. He earned first team all-state and first team all-conference honors as a senior. He holds the conference record with a 56-yard FG. He walked-on the Iowa football team in 2010, and earned the starting placekicking job as a true freshman.

In his college career, he made 61 field goals in 80 attempts (76.3%), and ranks second in team history in career field goals (61) and career scoring with 324 points. He was 19-of-21 in career field goals late in games (16-18 in the fourth quarter, and 3-3 in overtime). He ended his career with 122 consecutive PATs to set the school record (previous was 60 by Nate Kaeding), which ranked sixth best all-time in the Big Ten. He was named Honorable Mention All-Big 10 in 2012 and Second-team All-Big Ten in 2013.

After college, Meyer was signed by the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent in 2015, then later signed with the Falcons in 2017, where he spent time on the practice squad. He signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars in late 2017, but was unable to make the team.
