Jeff Kramer        

Jeff Kramer attended Weatherford High School and lived in Weatherford, Texas. He was named to the Chip Illustrated Dream Team and rated No. 2 linebacker by Super Prep, and was named to Chicago Sun Times top 25 and to top 50 players nationally by Dallas Morning News and Ft. Worth Star-Telegram. He was named first team all-state as senior and first team all-Parker County for three seasons, and was the District defensive MVP as junior and senior and team captain and MVP in final two seasons.

He spent his first two years at Notre Dame and battled injuries. He transferred to Iowa in 1996, sitting out the first year before completing his eligibility in his last two seasons.
