In desperate need of a win after a 5-game losing streak, but received bad news before the game when Hannah Stuelke was ruled out due to suffering a concussion against Nebraska last week. But Iowa got a 15-1 run early in the game, and never looked back. They got three straight three-pointers in the 2nd quarter and went on a 10-0 run to increase the lead to 24 points at halftime. They outscored themselves at halftime compared to their 49 points in their last game against Oregon. The Hawks extended the lead to 36 points in the 4th quarter, but the Huskies battled back to lose by 24 points. Iowa set a new school record for FG% in a game, going 33-of-46 from the floor (71%).

Lucy Olsen broke out of her shooting slump, and was perfect from the field (8 for 8), scoring 20 points with four three pointers and six assists. Addison O'Grady added 17 points, Kylie Feuerbach added 12 points, and Taylor McCabe scored 11 points on 3 three-pointers.
