RECAP

The Hawks jumped out to a quick start with a school record 7 three pointers, and led 52-38 at halftime, but Maryland fought back in the 3rd quarter, going on a 23-2 run to take a 63-61 lead. But the Hawks rallied to regain the lead by 7 at the end of the quarter. The game was tied at 76 late in the 4th, but the Hawks held off the comeback with more strong defensive play, good 3-point shooting and timely passing in the 4th quarter.

Caitlin Clark finished with 38 points, 12 assists, and six rebounds. Molly Davis went 7-of-11 from the field recording 17 points and Kate Martin recorded a double-double, the fifth of her career.

Coach Lisa Bluder picked up the first win of her tenure against the Terps in College Park.
