RECAP

The Hawks get a critical win to keep their NCAA hopes alive, defeating the Wildcats. Josh Dix scored a career-high 24 points on 9-of-13 (69%) shooting from the field and 4-of-5 (80%) from deep. Payton Sandfort scored 23 points and grabbed six rebounds, including a critical 3-point play late in the game. Tony Perkins dished out a game-high 14 assists and added 10 points.

After a close first half, the Hawks went on a 7-0 run early in the 2nd half to provide some cushion, and held on the rest of the game for the lead.
