RECAP

Iowa's defense held the Badgers to 25 second-half points and Jordan Bohannon hit 5 straight free throws to put the game away. Luka Garza scored 24 points and grabbed 9 rebounds and had 4 blocks. Joe Wieskamp scored 10 points and played most of the game on his injured ankle, and looks like he will be able to go the rest of the season. The Hawks won despite shooting only 2-20 from 3-point range (10%). Iowa also had 10 blocks on the night and forced 14 turnovers, while not turning over the ball the entire second half.

It was the 3rd win over Wisconsin this season, and the first appearance in the semifinals of the Big Ten Tournament for Fran McCaffery, and first time for Iowa since 2006 against Michigan State. Next game will be against #2 Illinois.
