RECAP

Oscar Robertson scored a record 50 points to lead Cincinnati over Iowa 96-83 in the finals of the ECAC Holiday Basketball Festival. The Hawks took an early 28-17 lead, but Robertson's 33 first half points led to a 12 point halftime deficit. Don Nelson led Iowa with 25 points. Ron Zagar added 21 points, and Mike Heitman scored 11.
