RECAP

The Hawkeyes started slow on some cold shooting and trailed Nebraska 11-7, 8 minutes into the game. Iowa caught fire and pulled away from the Huskers. Iowa lead 14 at half and continued it's dominance in the 2nd half winning 61-35. Murray Wier scored 18 points and Dick Ives scored 17. As a team Iowa made 23 free throws on the night.
