The 2002 Big Ten opener featured one of the wildest finishes ever at Beaver Stadium, as Penn State rallied from a 35-13 4th-qtr deficit by scoring 22 unanswered points in the final 9 minutes of regulation to force overtime, where the Hawkeyes eventually prevailed 42-35.
